Piato On Hydra

Everyone in Greece has taken care of us with warmth and sincerity, including the chef / grandma at family run Piato (Plate) with her home cooking she fires up at 6:30AM on the Greek island of Hydra. We stopped by to fill up our water bottle with house red wine from Crete and pick up fresh bread to tide us over until dinner. Can't stop smiling ❤️️
